Did not do work he was paid to do ripoff

We had a written contract with Mr. Deller to do the gutters and down spouts. The contract was written up in December 03. We paid Mr. Deller $1,900.00 to do work for us. He came to collect the money in December 03, January 04, and February 04. He came in July 04. To drop off some material. My husband spoke to him. He stated that he would be in the next few days to start the job.

Mr. Deller has been saying he would be here to the job. He has not showed to do the job. We have not seen him. I had a cell phone number and he had the number disconnected. He has been lying to us from the start. I now have damages to my kitchen because the gutters and down spouts work not being done.

Some of the kitchen ceiling has fallin down and water is now coming into my kitchen. I now do not have the money to hire a reliable contractor to do the job. Since I gave Mr. Deller the money.
