Poor workman ethics

Hired contractor to side house, add small addition, tear wall between kitchen and dining room, soffit, gutters, kitchen cabinets, etc. Paid money in April didn't start until August and continued working to the rate of 2-3 hours a day, 2-3 days a week, with several 6 week intervals of nothing being done.

Finally, had the kitchen cabinets installed and most of the inside work done except for a punch list of moldings, etc. Couldn't get him her to finish work, still had a leak in the roof, and I hired another contractor to do the work that I contracted him to do. I am out approximately $ 15,000.00, plus $5,000 for granite and he will not answer my calls or make any of this right. I'm thorough disgusted with him and at at my wits end to know how to fix this.
