Ronnie Newton Jr. Paid $5300 for a new roof, gutters, down spouts & siding got nothing in return

I paid Ronnie Newton to put a new roof, gutters, down spouts, new storm door and a new roof on my shed and all I got from him was new shingles over old shingles and a storm door out of someones trash he picked up. He left the mess for me to clean up, never did put a roof on my shed and he never put new gutters and down spouts on. He got $5300 and I got screwed! Don't ever use this rip off artist!
