A & e appliance services No show for 4 hour window service call even after 9 hours waited!

I set up an appointment with a huge 4 hour window from 1-5pm. They did not show but shortly after 5pm the service tech called and said after he finished his current job he would head my way just shortly. At 8pm I called Sears and they stated that he was on his way and they would call me back if there was any issues. At 915pm I called Sears after 30 minutes on the phone they stated he wasnt coming and would have to reschedule me the following morning but they would call me back the following morning.

I called Sears the following morning at 10am after not receiving a call as they had promised the night before to do. The girl was very rude on the phone and stated that I would have to take another 4 hour window for service. I asked for her supervisor she transferred me to another employee that was even more rude and hung up on me when I asked for her name (Denise) and employee number.

Not only did they waste my time I also will not purchase again from Sears or A&E! I have refurbished 4 houses and 1 other property with Sears products but no more. If you want to waste your time and get absolutely nothing accomplished call Sears and ask for service. My recommendation is to go online somewhere and find a local tech that will actually take care of you!
