We payed $280.00 for a membership and set up a website now the site is gone and we never sold 1 item on it and i even paid to show it on the net and lost more money for that

We paid $280.00 for the right to sell there items and for awebsite and we paid to advertize it and never got a sale and even the site is gone and we cant even log in to our account. To get anything done
