Tried to sell 2 items - paid the fees to sell the items - items did not sell - then charged me monthly fees to be a member - which is not what I was told. - would not end my account

Tried to sell 2 items on ebay - us postal service gave a talk on it at our library. Created account - posted the two items - paid the fees to post the two items. Items did not sell in the time alloted. Did not relist the items. Then ebay emailed me and said i had to pay a monthly fee for being a member. Which is not what i was told. Went in and closed my account. When you go onto their site it says account closed.

Now they are harassing me for this fee and saying they are going to get a collection agency to get this fee and ruin my credit. They need to be sued.
