Laptop Sold for $1200, Payment Stopped and Account Negative $800

PayPal has ripped me and others like me off. This is how they did me.

Someone on eBay liked my item. I was selling an HP 17" top of the line laptop PC. It sold for $1200.00 plus $50.00 shipping and handling with insurance. I thought the buyer and I were safe. But I was wrong, like many others I see. The person paid through PayPal, and it was done through a credit card. I transferred the money into my bank account, which takes 3 days. The buyer paid for next day shipping, so you know what happened next: I was SCAMMED...

The payment was stopped when the item got there, and now I am out a laptop. What can be worse than this, you ask???

There were 20 items that sold that day, and others paid through PayPal. They now have my account at -800.00, and all the people who used it are now sending me bad feedback. Plus I cannot send them their money back through PayPal because they stopped my account, but they are still taking payments for all the other users that are paying for all the other items I sold.

I am not taking the loss any more. I am not sending anyone anything that I am not getting paid for unless it is cash or a money order. And am I wrong for not sending their items when I did not get cash for them?

I am sorry if you or they think I am wrong. I told them to take it up with PayPal, not me. I am cashless because of PayPal.

I looked today: 63 million people use PayPal. What a waste. PayPal scammed me, and how many more of the 63 million...
