Recently I purchased two items from the Fraction Price website. One item arrived, but the other didn't. When I inquired as to why, the customer service agent told me that the item was sold out and that they had refunded the money for that item. I thought this was very odd as no one had informed me of any issues with the order and I didn't receive any e-mail or phone call to tell me that I wasn't getting part of the order.

I verified that they had indeed sent a credit to my credit card. I went back to the site and looked up the item and it was still showing as available but it was listed at a much higher price than I had paid. I called back and their customer service admitted that it wasn't sold out, they just did not want to sell it to me at the price that I had paid. I sent a copy of the receipt to the manager at Fraction Price and he refused to do anything for me. I explained that I had purchased over $5k in the past from this website and their related site (World of Watches) and that they should take that into account. The manager just kept replying that he wasn't going to sell the item to me at the price on my receipt.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB which is still pending.
