Huge huge ripoff San Antonio

This company is truely a lose, lose deal. I have had AHS for four years now. I have had to call these people three times.

Not once have they taken care of any situation to my satisfaction. The first call was to a plumber, my water bill had sky rocketed for 2 months and I called AHS cause plumbing was covered. A plumber came out and in less than 5 minutes he concluded that my house had a major foundation problem and that this was causing somehow a major water leak underneath my house.
This really alarmed me. I payed the man 45 dollars and he was on his way. The same day I called my insurance co and they instructed me to call another plumber immediately. I did and they came out the next day.

They did find a leak but it was only a small pipe from my front yard to the meter. They charged me about $175. I was kinda glad it wasnt a major leak underneath my foundation. I called AHS back and told them about the situation and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Even though the leak would have been covered under the AHS contract I was out of the 175 dollars plus the 45 dollars for the mis diagnosis on their part. Again I called them back a year later due to a leak in my air conditioner. They couldnt find a problem even though water was leaking down to my downstair kitchen. Again I had a friend who was also a plumber come look at it and found a clog that he fixed up in no time. Third call my dishwasher quit working I called AHS they sent Ace out to look at my dishwasher. And concluded that it wasnt normal wear and tear of the appliance and that this wasnt covered. I have had enough. What is the definition of normal wear and tear? I am not washing my clothes or anything else in the dishwasher. I am really out of luck and money again..

I think this time I am done with this people.
