Took money out of my account without my approval

I called and canceled my services with directv back in April I made my final payment in May. On August 22 directv charged my debit card for $314 without my approval. Now I have about $155 in overdraft fees.

I went to my bank to dispute the charges and was told I would have to call them and find out why they charged me. I called directv on Aug. 23 to find out why. The first person I spoke with said I was charges that cause I terminated my contract early. I explained that was impossible since I have been with them since 2005. She kept arguing with me that they will hit your account when you cancel your services.

The second person I spoke with looked up everything and told me that there is no record of me canceling and that she can not help me, the charges stay. She also explained that I was read the credit card statement where they can take money out of your account without your approval. I stated I was never told that. The she told me to send an e-mail so they can look into it more cause there is nothing else she can do.

I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them getting no where. Each person tells me a different thing. Someone please help me.
