Ripoff bad business dishonest

Stainsafe is a scam! I have 4 dinning chairs that they refuse to clean. They say it is more cost effective for them to be replaced, but the chairs have been discontinued. I called several times and they gave me the run around. I read my contract to them and told them to tell me where in the contract it said that i had to do what was cost effective for them.

My contract says that if the stain can not be repaired (or) is not available it will be replaced. I told them when i called that it can be repaired all they have to do is clean it. They refused. Today (2 months later) I tell them the same and she said it can't be cleaned because the stain is too old!!! (duh) I explained that is why i called several times after the fact and they were the one who gave me the run around. It is a scam and i pitty the people who buy it.
