Beijing oriental wison bought a rf cavitation machine that does not work and the company refuses to replace the machine Internet

Purchased a ultrasound cavitation rf machine on the 20th june from beijing oriental wison electronic co ltd in china

The machine was delivered to my address in australia, i unpacked the machine and plugged it in. The machine has 5 attached handles 2 out of the 5 handles are not working. The body rf handle and the
cavitation 40khz dont work. I email ivy from beijing oriental and told her about the two handles not working, she asked if i could email her footage of the handles not working... I did this.

On the 4th july she responds that they will replace the fittings.

On the 5th july ivy from beijing states she checked video again and there is no problem.

I send another 8 emails to ivy and she finally admits that the company will send a new fitting. 6th july i recieve an email from ivy saying they have no fitting in stock. 8th july i ask ivy to replace the machine she says no and i must wait another 2 days before they can get a new fitting, 9th july ivy tells me their engineer wants to replace the machine for me but it us difficult for them to import the machine back as they have tried this befor e and customs will get it and destroy it.

They wont replace the machine

9th july they want to send a new board and for me to pay an engineer to install the board

17th july we recieve the new board and get david alexander (engineer to install the new board)

David alexander opens the machine and informs me that the machine is nion compliant to australian standards and there is no earth or grounding wire from the iec input to the metal plate or the metal
plate gear tray.

This is a compliant requirement undet the australian standards/as/anz electrical regulations. This equipment has exposed metal parts and is extremely dangerous. David alexander replaces the old board with the new board and tests the machine and it still does not work. Photos and videos were taken and sent to the company. Once again i want to send this machine back and get a replacement or refund and
they wont warrant this.

Now a lady called grace has started emailing me telling me she will send new wire out so we can get someone to put it in.

We have already paid an engineer to install a new board now they wantme to pay him again to put wires in..

Theses people wont warrant this faulty machine.

I have lost so much business from not having the machine working...

I email these people everyday and they keep coming with more excuses to not replace this machine.
