Very poor quality products, cheap is cheap, you get what you pay for. Designer labels as expensive as in stores if not more, you really have to be very educated about what to purchase.
Stay away from them, bad customer service, no refunds, only credit, very ccnfusing return policy. I have credit from them and the merchandise is soo bad i can not purchase anything. Avoid shopping from btr.
