BTR, very low quality purchases and will NOT return your money!

I have made a huge mistake by shopping on BTR! The first item I received was of very low quality as nothing like it seemed on the BTR site. When I received the following two items they were as well very cheap looking so I returned them hoping at least to get my money back. After several weeks I did the return they sent me an email saying I have BTR credits, apparently not paying my money back! Moreover, for one item I wanted to purchase they could tell me only after several weeks that they no longer had the item. I will remember BTR as the most embarrassing shopping experience of my life and never again buy a single thing from them. I am also acknowledging my friends who do online shopping about this - will be fare to call - scam.
