Toys, Gifts And Hobbies Returns not accepted, cheap chinese knockoffs, zero customer service. Rip-off!

The company Trendtimes should not be dealt with. They advertise high quality rc planes, helicopters, cars, trucks and also scooters and pocketbikes. Their products are actually cheap chinese knock-offs that don't work and are of poor quality. The product I received just did not work.

Their get away with this by only providing email contact. Once they have your money, they dissappear. They won't respond to email request for return, so essentially, they don't except returns. The product return address is in China so you don't have their address either.

They state a 14-day return policy, but that return policy is from the ship date. It takes at least fourteen days for your product to arrive from China (yes, direct from the knock-off factory), so this is one more way to avoid returns.

They are nothing more then crooks hiding behind the internet. This company fits the description of scam perfectly. Avoid them at all costs.
