Over a week just to get it shipped? - Glass Cloud Shorts

I ordered a pair of shorts for my boyfriends birthday about a week ago, paid for shipping that stated it would be 2-3 to get to me. I thought this would mean 2-5 days, apparently not. I have been checking repeatedly to see what could possibly be taking so long for over a week it had been saying processing for shipping, how can it possibly take a week to process ONE pair of shorts? I checked this morning to see what it said (seeing as its his birthday and I thought over a week in advance would be plenty of time...) and it said it was FINALLY shipped out yesterday... Awesome products they just need to get their stuff together and when someone is forced to pay shipping that says 2-3 they need to get it out in that amount of time. I wanted to order a hoodie from them, guess I need to order it now if I want it before December.
