A camera paid for but not received - Nikon S8000 camera

I ordered a Nikon S8000 camera from this company. It took almost a week to receive confirmation of the order. Than another week for a representative to call me for confirm it and to try to sell me more accessories. Which didn't bother me, but he stated that it would ship out in a few days. I have yet to see a confirmation of a shipping tracking number as promised. Yet my credit card has been billed. So they have my money, but after ordering this in stock camera I still do not have it. Next week is the birthday I was planning to give it as a gift. I ordered three weeks ago. Plenty of time to receive it in time for the birthday. I am very disappointed.
