I don't understand all the negativity?

Despite all the negative feedback on this website, I almost reluctantly ordered a pair of shorts from MerchNow which was exclusive to their website.
I live in the UK (London to be exact) and didn't think that something from overseas would arrive very quickly - I was assuming perhaps 4 - 6 weeks from the USA. However, to my surprise (perhaps due to all the negative feedback) the shorts arrived to me in 14 days (2 weeks), which is the minimum time stated on the website. They were dispatched 2 days after my payment.
Very, very pleased with the quality of the item and the speed of the service. Will be buying from MerchNow again:)
