My wife Jamie ordered several soccer shirts and shorts for our four children. We received our order "3 weeks" later (from one side of Houston, TX to the other), and the shipping only took 3 days) so we are not sure what took so long.

When we got the shirts (separate mailing from shorts) they were balled up and stuffed into a postal service "Priority Envelopes". The shirts where wrinkled so much it was awful. Then 2 of the shirts had like water stains or something light brown on them. My wife called and was hung up on 3-4 times.

I called and finally spoke to someone named Brian and he was a real class act. He not only told me to "just wash them" he said he would not take them back.

The next day the shorts arrived and they were just some basic shorts I could of bought at Wal-Mart (like Fruit of the Loom) and not the nice ones I saw on the website. The company now refuses our calls.
