Etsy cyber theft, refusal to provide support and spamming - Shop and listings

I used to have a shop on ets.com which had 100% positive reviews. One day my account was randomly suspended with no notice. I replied and made many attempts to inquire the cause. I would only receive canned general non specific responses which had no correlation to my account suspension. Then suddenly 3 days later it was reopened. However, the traffic to my site dropped in half.

I continued requesting an explanation for months, the only direct response I received was stating I had failed to reply to an Etsy email, which was false. I informed them I replied to every email in length however Etsy had no record of it. I then submitted the archived emails to them, only to have them ignore it. Then a few weeks later tell me they never received any resposnes from me. So I sent in the archived emails once more. They had no reply however. SO I continued to ask for a valid justification. After 2 months, of never receiving any answers to my questions only having them blown off I requested to speak to a supervisor. To which they replied by informing me they were closing my shop immediately.

I've made countless attempts to get a justification, as well as a refund for fees paid to them for listing items which were not honored only to be completely ignored. I even tried emailing using different email addresses to which they would initially reply then continue ignoring me once I informed them of my concerns and request for a resolution. This makes them guilty of cyber theft and in violation of their own TOS.

Additionally, I still get daily emails from the etsy marketing team which I'm unable to opt out of since my account is closed, preventing me from accessing my marketing preferences. Requests to be removed from their mailing list have been ignored as well. Which puts them in violation of the CAN-SPAM act of 2003.

All in all I've finally had to file a complaint of cyber theft through the FBI's cyber unit, a formal complaint with the FTC regarding their SPAM, as well a complaint with the BBB. However, I'm doubtful anything will come of this. It's simply wrong how they can cheat people out of their hard earned money and have no oversight or ethical sense.
