Horrible customer service

I have been a member of Etsy since January. I love etsy and everything that it stands for, I have made over 150 purchases since being a member. I have my personal account and I had another account were I sold jewelry and had that shop opened. However that shop has been closed since May. When the account was closed all of a sudden my personal account is now suspended. I have made all the attempts to rectify this situation. I have a claim number which one of your customer service rep provided me with, however their is no way for me to contact the buyer because the account is CLOSE!!! I have received the same email OVER and OVER again. I even provided in showing proof (attachment of my PayPal transactions) that I have no way of contacting the buyer.in addition the last email I sent and received a reply back, but when I replied back I never received an answer. This back to back emails has been going on since May. There's no cCUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER so I can further explain, when I do get a reply back and respond I NEVER received an answer back. I might just be one member you can careless about, but at least have the decency to help someone who's just trying to solve this issues.

Keep in mind, messages from Etsy are sent to the contact email on the account.
