Shop Suspended Canned Response - customer service

My shop was suspended 1/18 without any prior discussion of issue and no opportunity to correct what specifically was a problem. They are basically ruining your reputation and calling you a liar without a trial!!! My emails were finally answered with canned responses ignoring specific request. I worked hard to build up my shop. 100% positive feedback BUT MY MAIN ISSUE, I WANT THE CSV FILE (the excel listing of my shops items and sales) OF MY SHOP. It is mine and they do not have right to keep me from getting it. I have requested four times now and am totally being ignored. Since my shop is closed I can not access the information. Etsy talks out of both sides of their mouth. I am a retired woman trying to supplement my income... Not the mass produced items from overseas or the resellers of alibaba which are allowed to continue doing business. I can go on and on regarding 1000's of other shops as handmade soaps, lotions which are not investigated of how they are produced. Say so. Handmade because they say soand they take these sellers at face value and but they continue to sell. I would call this discrimination. Etsy wiLl take opinions of any other person to close you down. (note: in an over saturated site of hungry, greedy and cut throat sellers "as Etsy is", can you see what can happen and Etsy lets it depending how much money they can make!)
Their rules are so confusing and left open for broad interpretation you are damn if you do or damned if you don't.
At this point all i want is my csv file so i can move on!!!
