Etsy shop sells stolen artwork - Etsy doesn't care

My art and several other artist's work have been ripped off and are being sold in a shop on Etsy. Etsy has received hundreds of complaints about the shop, evidence, and KNOWS that they are continuing to allow stolen work to be sold through their services.
My own artwork is being sold illegally and Etsy's only response is:
"As you can imagine, Etsy finds itself in the middle. Etsy is not a judge or a jury and we can%u2019t offer legal advice."
