I will never shop there again

Etsy might gain the seller/owner but when you're a customer having a issue their "assistance team" just directs produced emails that proceed no-where and also to aggrivate you a bit more indication it "Enjoy The Etsy Group." I had been wripped off with a vendor and he or she shut her store also it appears ETSYis assistance group is close-minded as it pertains to something beyond producing their website cash. It's been week since my initial criticism and that I am awaiting a "actual individual" to ultimately circumvent to my problem. Farewell ETSY - I'll never store there again!!!
