Ripoff Over billed charges every month poor customer service promises not kept All Of The US kentucky

I have been doing business with sprint now for over 3 years. I always had good reception, almost never a dropped call and figured that they are an honest company. Until I started checking by bills on a regular basis and started finding alot of discrepancies.

I found I was billed for minutes used that was suppose to be part of my plan. I found charges on there that they can't even explain to me what they are properly. Also being billed for services that I disconnected a month prior. The people that answer the phones at sprint pcs always sound like they are new and are still in training. When I confront them about these eroneous charges, they say they will take it off my bill and I will see the changes on my next months bill, which of course I never see, so I have to call again about the same problem. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they say there is no supervisor on the floor. And believe me, I have for one alot of times.

Knowing what I know now, if I went back those last 3 years, I can just imagine how much over charges I have been billed and we are probably talking about more than $500.00 dollars. Cause at last months bill, I was over charged $130.00 and thank GOD, I was able to speak to a well trained person who actually took the charges off my account immediately and I did not have to wait for the next bill to see the changes.

When I changed service plans they wiped out my cell phone address book that took 3 years to create and did not warn me that this might happen.

Don't buy their internet phones cause 90% of the web pages you type in can't be displayed, so don't even bother.

I really think that someone should write to the attorney general and get a list of people and complaints together and file formal charges against fraudulant billing and services.
