SPRINT Over Charging... And can't explain to me why either!

I've been a customer with Sprint for over a year, and they have been overcharging for the last year. I've tried to get them to explain to me why my bill is so high, but I can never get a concrete answer. Every time I speak to a customer service rep they all say something different, there cell phones are garbage, and they over charge for everything. I went into a location and was actually told by one of they're own reps that I was being doubled billed! When confronted about it they refuse to fix the problem. I'm tried of there service over all!

I have the simply everything plan, but my bill is over 300.00 a month and they keep saying the same thing, and I'm not happy period. Also, everytime you purchase a new phone you have to extend your contract, its like being in a bad marriage!!! Currently my bill is 881.00 and they just keep adding unecessary charges, and not explaining why.

I'm sick and tired of Sprint. They lista goes on and on, but I don't have the time to write down every little thing that has gone wrong!!!

I'm unhappy period!!!
