I dropped my phone and had to buy another one, after being w/sprint for 1 year. Was not told about rebates. Had to pay full amount for new phone. After our contract was up in Dec of 05' stopped by a sprint store and was told that we had a $150, rebate on one line and only $75, on the other. When we asked about this we were told we used it. We had the cancelled check for the full price. We didn't know if we wanted to stay with Sprint or not. So we waited. Sprint called us in Feb. Of 06'. They told after complaining about everything we were told that we could pick new phones (from a select few on line), and they would retro our contract back to Dec. The fact that we could have free calling at 7pm was the top reason that we returned to Sprint. Which we were paying $5. A month. After recieving the phones both phones were defected. Had to take them back to a Sprint store and wait about a hour, for them to find out that they were broken. Then they didn't want to replace them. Then after telling them we needed these phones that day they finally replaced them. Two days later we were away and needed to make a important call, and found out our phones had been shut off. Calling customer service, was told that our account was over $300. And no payment had been made. We were charged for free phones. After about a hour on the phone with them, they said that they fixed the problem, and they were sorry. A couple days later the same thing happen again, and again was told that they would fix the problem. The next month billing was for the phones again. After being on the phone again for a hour, was told that they would fix the problem and it would not happen again. Two months later, we recieved a bill for 2 months.

We have this billed to our credit card. We contacted them again (about a hour) was told that they didn't know what happen maybe our credid card didn't pay it. Two months later, we had all kinds of extra charges on our bill and calling them one more time, was told sorry we'll fix it.By this time we were alittle upset. Why could they not fix this problem once and be done with it. About every 2 months they screwed up our bill some way. When calling them it would take at least 45 minutes to a hour to get to talk to some one then they would take a hour to find out what happen and TAKE CARE OF IT!!! Our bill for May 07' was double the amount again. Checking the bill we found we charged for all kinds of roaming charges, even international roaming and either of us ever make international calls from our cell phones. After waiting for 1 and a half hours on hold. I took my bill to our sprint store, in Washington, PA, the clerk contact customer service and was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours, while I stood there waiting. When he got off the phone he said they fixed the error and our bill should be some where around $83, but our credit card was charged $159.14. The first thing that was on our bill was, BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR SERVICE PLAN THIS MONTH. I called them again, waiting on hold for 45 minutes. When I talked to a customer service person, they couldn't tell me why or what happen. I told them we wanted out of our contract and he put me on hold and got someone else. They told me that they couldn't let us out of our contract until March 08' (So we were lied to again) We did not do anything to void our contract, payment was there everytime that they billed our credit card. They voided our contract, by changing our billing every other month, and changing our service plan without us doing it. We are sick of this kind of treatment. All they can say is WE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM. Sure they fix it this month and then next month it's something different. We want to let other people know that this company is untrust worthy and have their customer service people tell untruths for them.
