I've been sending you complaints since16/12, at 11:39 AM then again 1.1.2012!! Then 5 times since then! Long before expiry
I called them they said the offer has expired. That they need you to call them before the offer can be redeemed!
Absolute run around & fob off!
Can you resolve this issue
I've attached the emails from when I 1st bought this to your attention STILL NO HELP FROM YOU!

Ask to speak with the manager
write a letter of complaint to the manager or business
make a complaint to your local consumer protection agency or the ACCC
make a complaint to your local civil and administrative tribunal
call the ACCC Infocentre on 1300 302 502 for any further information.
