Living Social allows short lived businesses to take lots of money for a great deal, massage, spa services, etc. When you try to book it is weeks before an appointment and then after the promotional period they go out of business. Basically I have been taken 3 times by this and am out over $150. I would not recommend dealing with Living Social as they will not help in anyway with a complaint. I cannot believe they have an A rating with the BB as it is not reflective of how they run business or customer complaints.
