Makes additional charges to your account

I ordered a credit report from creditreport.com which as stated was a 1.00. However, they turned around and enroll in this credit monitoring service and by the time all was said and done they charged me a total of 45.90 for a credit report for a 1.00. I called and spoke to a rep however, they give you this huge long speech of how great their company is and to make a long story short they wouldn't refund me the 31.95 they charged plus the 12.95 additional charge. Eventhough, they have cool looking commercials don't believe the hype they are a crooked company. I had to call my bank file a complaint / dispute to get my money back. Hopefully, i get my 44.90 back and they can keep the dollar which is what i was suppose to be charged originally.
