Ripoff Took my sick husbands medicine money from our savings account without our permission ripoff Maimi Florida

We went to the bank this morning as we do every month and ask for the same amount of money as always and were told we didn't have that much there. We ask why because our Social Security Checks never change and we were told some company made a debit on our account. They said they'd have to call us later and let us know. I didn't wait for them to call. I called them and they said the name of the company was Hartford Auto Club. I'd never heard of them before. They gave me 2 numbers to call and both said they couldn't help me because their computers were down to call in 10 or 15 minutes and they would help me then.

I've done this all day with no sucess. Keep getting the same thing - call back. I'm probably twice as upset as most people because this is my husbands medicine money and I don't know what to do. I will hold them responsible if something happens to my husband because he doesn't have his meds. Its hard to believe there are people like this and I'm old enough to know they know right from wrong. And they choose to do wrong. Makes me wonder how many people didn't have the money to buy groceries this month. How can they live with themselfs. I'm one mad person who will go to any length to see these people get their just what they deserve.
