Overcharget for a haircut and color for myself and my child

My child and I went to get hair cuts and color work done. My child had 4 foil pieces put into her hair to lighten it. We brought color which was applied to this area. Her hair was cut and dried.

My hair was colored dark and then hi-lighted lighter. Then it was cut and dried.

When I went to pay they told me I owed them $188.00. I was so shocked. I have never paid this much for two haircuts and some color work. I was not given a break down of how much each thing cost and I even provided the color for my child.

I feel like I was ripped off and will not go back here for any more services. I will also tell anyone I know not to use this salon and explain to them what happened to me. I hope there is some way I can get some satistfaction from reporting this and help someone else from having this happen to them.
