Fantastic Sams Worst hair color / Service ever! - fantastic Sams colo

I went to Fantastic Sams to get my hair colored, it was a complete disaster. First off it took me 5 hours before I actually got out of the salon; and it wasn't even busy! The reason that it took so long is because one of the girls lost the color key to the color supplies closet so they couldn't open it, it was so unprofessional; the manager didn't even have her color key! Than my hair color came out totally wrong. I wanted a bright violet red my hair still looked black with a tint of red like cherry cola not what i wanted at all. I completely understand its hard to get black hair to lighten up, but all she had to say is that she couldn't do it, I would have went to a different salon. The reason why my hair color came out so crappy was because the stylist didn't lighten it up before she added color even though her manager told her; Even I know you cant deposit color into black hair. So I tried to talk to the manager about the situation since she was there and she didn't do a damn thing about it! She said the stylist was trying to look out for me by not damaging my hair with bleach. This salon was a complete disappointiment i felt like contacting the owner to tell him how poor his stylist were at making choices same goes for management I paid $65 dollars that day i wish i wouldn't have even paid the girl! Don't ever go there, it's a waste of money go to a salon with good reviews that actually know what they are doing and make sure they have really good customer satisfaction!!!
