Botched up hair colo

I had hair color and cut at Citrus Salon of Ft Myers Fl. To my surprise I received a botched up hair color. My color was sectioned in large sectons and not even on my head. The sides are still dark and back and top of hair. Where the new color starts is not on the scalp but 1/2 inch from my head. The color is not permanent but washed out right away. It didnt even look as if I had a hair appointment. I have had numerous derrogatory remarks immediately after my appointment from peers aware of the botched appearance of my hair. I have pictures taken of my hair to affirm the outcome of this service. The kicker is that the stylists are all owners of the salon and still expect a tip on top of the high prices. I would exercise caveat emptor.
