Loreal Paris Excellence Creme hair color
Wrong hair color in box!

Yesterday I bought 3 bottles of Loreal hair color in 4a dark ash brown. I have virgin dark brown hair that falls to the middle of my back, never been chemically processed, very silky! After 45 mins I rinsed the color out and was shocked my hair looks jet black! Thinking maybe because it was still wet it looks dark but no, I blow dry it and it is in fact black! Not even the slightest of brown like on the box: (I don't know how I can lighten this goth black out of my hair. The color left my once silky hair dry, I am totally unsatisfied!
