Sejour Hair Disaster! - Hair Color Sejour Salon

I recently made the mistake of having my hair done at Sejour Hair Salon in Chelsea. I thought that based on the fact they advertise as recommended by Vogue that they would be alright. I should have stuck with my current salon. My hair looks absolutely awful the color is atrocious. I was assured I would be seen by a good colorist and the seem to be just churning a production line of hair coloring jobs in the top part of their salon, the colorists whom I could not find on this website of "our people", which makes me question whether they are fully qualified or recent graduates etc? I would recommend that everyone definitely avoid going here ever! The hair color actually is not even too the roots, so I even have worse roots than before I went in. My hair appears yellow with no definition making the fact that they didn't even put the color to the root appear even worse! Now I am going to have to pay even more somewhere else to have a color correction done!!!
