No product delivered, no response from customer service

I ordered two wallets from Big Skinnny on 6/7, my CC was charged and I received shipping confirmation 6/8. Four emails and 15 mailing days later I still have NO product, NO reponses and NO refund. They will NOT post a negative review on their site (more than a little shady IMO) so I'm posting.

BEWARE of this company! They might have a premium product but they do not have the customer service to support it.
