Bought a bedding set in May. Received part of my order. Only opened one pillow. Saw that the color wasn't what I needed. Had to wait for the back ordered shams to arrive to send it all back. Sent back the insured bedding at my cost of $70.00. Got an email that the had received it on June 9th. They did not credit back my account until this week after I had to contact them. You can only email them. I could not get a live person on the phone. They also deducted $32.00 for the initial shipping. They said it was in the information on their website that if you returned an item they would make you pay for the initial shipping. What a way to keep customers coming back. I'm out over $100.00. It would have been cheaper to buy it at Dillard's. Expensive lesson learned here. Don't think they'll be around long if this is how they treat customers. Customer service is everything in this market. We can go elsewhere with a click of our keyboard.
