Ordered a product through leatherrenew.com via the internet in mid September. Received confirmation of order and debit was made to my account for payment.
After 3 weeks and no product, sent a follow-up to customer service who advised product would be received within a week. Product never received. Requested tracking number, but no response to additional emails.
