Com We never got the product that we ordered from this company, but we were charged for it. Rutland Vermont

Vonswholesale.com charged our credit card and said they had shipped the product that we ordered. When the product did not arrive in the specified amount of time, we emailed Vonswholesale's customer service. We got an email saying they would check on it and that it should be delivered by that time. The next email that I got said their distributer would ship it the next day. We waited the recommended shipping time and still no product. Sent several emails asking for tracking numbers with no response before getting another back by a different person saying thay would check on it. After about 14 emails from us we never heard from them again.

It has been two months now and still no product. We did dispute the charges to our credit card.
