Impossible to return the product Boulder Colorado

The scam is a 15 day limit time for shipping both ways and trial period.
I ordered November 17, canceled November 20, but they sent already the product, arrived November 23. I sent it back November29, received confirmation from Ivory about getting back the product on Monday, December 10.
Charge was made on December 18, for the full amount $78.41

I paid equal amount of money for shipping from them $ 4.87 and back $4.60.
Ivory customer service claimed that the shipping time was Nov 19-23 from them, and Nov 29-December 10 on the way back.

Since they got the returned product "later" or their system recorded it later (disclaimer said 72 hours process time) the system charged my credit card the full amount of $78.41 automatically, 8 days after they had received the product back (I have email-confirmation from Ivory).
At first I though it was a mistake, but customer service rep refused to refund and offered me again to send me their product.

I asked how can I reach the higher level of hierarchy and he said; send an email. I did send an email on December 25. I sent 2 more emails to customer service with an interval of a few days and did not get any response except the first auto respond saying that they will get back to me within 1 business day, they never got back to me. I assumed that they would review the situation and would refund the money, but so far no response and no refunds. I do not know that this is even a legitimate business.
