In March of my company sent me to work in another state for three months. I checked with T-Mobile before leaving to see what the long-distance charges would be as I had a plan which gave me 3000 mins a month for 49.95 and did not want to switch plans. My company reimburses me 100 a month for my phone, so I went on my way without another thought. I set up online auto pay before I left, because I would not have internet service while I was away.

I came home on June 9th. I opened my T-mobile and found 1400.00 worth of roaming charges!!! I called customer service, and was told that I had to go to the store where I asked about the long-distance fees to dispute the bill.

When I went to the store, they called T-Mobile customer service (right back where I started) I explained the situation, and was told to fax a letter to the dispute department, I also switched plans, which now put me back in a contract.

After 4 weeks of calls and letters, July 8, T-Mobile credited me for half the charges, and I paid the other half. I was assured that my account was current and I would be receiving my regular billing the next cycle. My next bill was correct, (July 20) with no past due amount. The following bill came, August 15th) and showed a 629.00 past due. Two more calls to customer service, and now my service is suspended, and that they were sorry I misunderstood.

Yeah right!!! This is the second time they have lied. They originally gave me the 700.00 credit, and then called me two days later and took it back. It took two weeks to get that right, so now they're trying to gouge me for the amount they credited me. It is ridiculous that there is nowhere to turn, no alternate numbers, no departments for escalation. Just mind-numbing employees all reading the same script.
