ThanksGiving disappointment - aldo shoes

Hi,
I ordered boots (#20870285) as a gift for thanksgiving. The status showed shipped at one place and precessing at another. The ETD was given as yesterday and today i get an email saying the order has been canceled. When i call them one person says the item was "misplaced" and can not be tracked, while the other says thr was a "Glitch" in the system and they realized the product was out of stock after 8 days. The cancellation comes one day before thanks giving. The customer service say was a glitch, nothing can be done and hangs up.

The organization system, and the service are very disappointing. That too not even caring to give an option rt before thanksgiving "UNBELIEVABLE"
