Worst online service I have EVER encountered. E.V.E.R. Ever!

I shop online more often than I do in stores because I go to college in a secluded area with no malls near by. Usually I order my shoes from Steve Madden and other stores which I have had experience with. However, Aldo had a really great sale and so I purchased two pairs of shoes. The shoes were supposed to ship within 1-3 business days. They shipped EIGHT days later and they are STILL!!! In the process of being delivered. This is absolutely ABSURD. Within the past week the UPS tracking system showed me that the shoes moved from one place in California to another... I LIVE ON THE EAST COAST! If they get here by 2014 I'll be happy.
