I purchase a pair of boot from Aldo Shoes on November 13 when the boots arrived Aldo gave me two different sizes. I contacted customer service who e-mailed me a return label. I shipped the boots via UPS on November 21. I have yet to receive a credit back to my credit card. I will never never ever order shoes from this incompetent company again. Their overpriced with poor quality merchandise I will stick with DSW.
