Anonymous Replies Supporting Bank Of America Must Identify Write

Do any of the readers of complaint ever wonder why each and every Bank of America complaint has anonymous replies written supporting the Bank and generally (not specifically) chellenging the person filing the complaint. What I mean is that BAO may pay a full time employee to write positive supportive replies for complaint (or similar websites) painting the Bank in a positive shade or color and blemishing the compainant by generally (not specifically) attacking portions of the complaint or misrepresenting the real substance of the complaint against BAO.

Wouldn't it be a better use of BAO profits to pay a full time employee to investigate these complaints or, at the very least, to write letters of appology?
