I am truly, truly upset. I am spending my Friday which is the end of my work week once again dealing with Bank of America. I pulled up in my drive way sometime after 7pm eastern noticing what appear to be a door-hanger. I parked my car then walk to my front door to remove the door hanger which looked so suspicious to me. I read the front of the envelope. (Outside of envelope read: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENCLOSED. I was afraid to touch & open since it did not state who it was from so I got a small instrument & open the envelope then shook the content out. I decide to take a picture of it. I read the slip located inside of the envelope but could not figure out who put this on my door. So I was going discard it. I went back outside to see it my neighbors had a door-hanger but I did not see any. I read the envelope again. I decided after awhile to call the toll-free number (1-800-669-0102) to see what I would hear. To my surprise Bank of America. I became outrage because all you hear is recorded message whereby you got to press options. I said to myself why in the world would Bank of America come to my house and leave a door-hanger when they could write a letter, call me or email me. I do not have one message on my telephone from Bank of America. I am not 30 days past due. I have know idea why BOA is contacting me in this manner. Door-hanger are a safety concern in my opinion. Please do not leave door hanger, I did not grant BOA permission to communicate with me in this manner. BOA has my home, mailing address and email. I am filing a complaint of harassment for no reason, causing fear and continuously upsetting me. Please see Case# 130726-001596 and my dispute and complaint prior to the case mentioned. I am at the end of my rope with BOA. I do have supporting document to attached to this complaint which is a photo of the suspicious package that caused me stress this evening. Please, please investigate BOA practice of contact/harassing consumer such as myself. BOA causing me high blood press. Please help!
