In brief — I purchased this long distance phone service several months ago, ideally, to make phone calls to Rwanda. It does not work — at all.

The idea is that you make the call (online) by coding in your own phone number, the number you are calling and then hit the call button. The Call2 company claims that they will then make the call on your behalf and call you back right away, with your caller online. This is entirely bogus.

I have tried to do this hundreds of times. I have watched their tutorial. I have gone through all their FAQs. I have tried everything possible and nothing works.

I have phoned them and continuously get a busy signal, even though they claim that even when you get a busy signal they will call you back. They don't. I have emailed their customer service. To no avail. They do not respond in any way at all. The long distance service is fraudulent as far as I can see. I can make no phone calls, I get no service and they do not respond at all to phone calls or emails.
