April Moran Newland defines the word trash. She is a social climbing, greedy, witch that would sell her own kids if she could get money for them. [1] Sold valuable lands that belonged to a family for decades. Should of made a deal to turn it into a state park, instead sold it to the higest bidder just so she could get her cut. [2] Made illegal deals to sell land outside the USA by harassing certain people and having their privacy invaded.

This real estate b*tch should be shut down after how she went about looking for people to insure she got her paycheck from selling land that clearly wasn't for sale. If you want an honest real estate agent, look elsewhere, anywhere, just don't let her near your land. She'll stab you in the back and smile while doing it, then ask you why are you upset. Believe me I know, just avoid using her office to sell your property. That way at least you klnow you have some integrity afterwards and don't feel like you were forced to sell out because she threatened you with whatever.
