Erronous charges and contract date dispute

Tmobile continuously charges me for text charges when I specifically contracted no text on any phone line. The texts are coming from solicitors. They erronously extended my contract just by my calling; not by purchasing a phone but by uping my minutes. I have been a loyal customer for over 9 years, never been late and I am treated like my business does not count. I have emailed 2 additional letters to customercare to resolve my contract disputes with no answer.
